Unfortunately it is impossible for us to display all the products that we sell online, if you wish to view something specifically please call prior to your visit.
Stock items are shipped within 3-5working days.
Special order products take between 5-14working days. If your product is a special order item, a member of our sales team will contact you with an estimated delivery time before processing your order, giving you the option to cancel.
No, unfortunately we do not offer Saturday deliveries.
Our payment system is very strict, please ensure that the details you are entering match EXACTLY with the details your credit card company holds for you, if you are unsure we recommend that you call your bank directly to check. If you are still experiencing problems, please call us on 01234 324598.

Damages must be reported within 48 hours. Large orders delivered by pallet MUST be checked before you sign. It is part of the driver's contract that you have 15 minutes to fully check your order. Damaged goods must be signed for damaged, please notify of this immediately at info@marabeseceramics.com to speed up the process of replacing your damaged goods. This again allows us to make a claim on your behalf and issue a replacement at no additional cost.
