Commercial Projects

When it comes to our commercial projects we can offer full technical support. We recommend tiles based on the brief in terms of colour, finish, PTV slip-resistance rating etc, providing samples to compare and give a feel of the tiles.

The adhesives hold everything in place, in more ways than one! We can write full M40 adhesive specifications, ensuring that the correct products are used and the installation process be carried out as smoothly as possible.

Tile Options: Large Format

Large format tiles have recently been growing in popularity. Porcelain slabs are an excellent choice for a feature wall, for example, or to be fabricated into a show-stopping worktop! We can provide all fabrication services and other large-format tile options from some of the leading tile manufacturers across Europe.

Tile Options: Extra Thick 20mm

The availability of various tile sizes means diverse looks can be achieved. A 90 x 90cm porcelain slab with a 10mm depth, would give a seamless look, whereas a 20mm thick 60 x 60cm alternative would bring about a more traditional patio slab style.

20mm porcelain tiles are gaining real popularity with projects, offering a robust, low-maintenance solution. They require no sealer and don’t fade over time in natural light. The method for installation is straightforward, they can be laid onto a concrete base with a suitable exterior adhesive such as Benfer Flex Rapido, or with a primer onto a sand and cement base. There is also a Pedi stool option in the market allowing for cabling and piping to run under the tiles.
