Free Sample Service
We understand it can be difficult to see the colour and finish of a tile online.
To help you make the right choice, we offer a free sample service on many of our tile ranges.
To request a sample, click on the 'Free Sample' button on the product page, and fill out the simple form. You can add up to 6 free samples.... Click 'Save & Continue' and go back to browsing.
When done, don't forget to return to the form and click 'Submit' so we can get to preparing your samples - we'll get your 10 x 10cm off-cuts posted out, free of charge.

Please note:
Some of our tiles do not have the option for samples as they may be ‘Special Order’ items.
Samples provided are intended to give the buyer a general impression of the colour and pattern. Colours vary from batch to batch and exact matching between sample pieces and goods ordered cannot be guaranteed. When fitted, some patterns can become strongly apparent, which may not be obvious from the sample.
Please be aware that requesting samples is not an actual order, and you will not receive a confirmation for it. We deal with sample requests promptly, but some need to be ordered in, and others are sent out directly by the manufacturer, so please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer free tile samples from PORCELANOSA and DUNE. Please give us a call on 01234 324598 so we can arrange for a chargeable sample to be sent out.
We reserve the right to limit the number of samples requested.
